Book as early as you reasonably can. Spring and fall weekends fill fastest because schools and churches run festivals then. Four to six weeks ahead is comfortable for a full fun fair. Smaller tabletop game orders can often be arranged with two weeks notice.
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up, and tests every game before your event starts, then returns afterward to take everything down. You do not lift or assemble anything. We also walk your volunteers through exactly how each game is played, scored, and safely supervised.
A good rule of thumb is one game for every twenty-five to thirty guests, so nobody waits long. A typical elementary school fun fair of four hundred students runs comfortably on twelve to sixteen carnival games plus one or two larger inflatable centerpiece attractions.
Most of them can, yes. Frame games and tabletop games are built for gyms, cafeterias and parish halls. Inflatable games need ceiling height, so tell us your room dimensions and we will build you a game lineup that fits the space you actually have.
We can. Many Chicago schools and churches staff the booths with parent volunteers, and our crew trains them on site at no extra charge. For larger festivals, corporate events, or short volunteer lists, we can provide paid attendants to run the games for you.

Yes. We supply bulk prize packages, ticket booths, ticket rolls, raffle drums and prize wheels, so you are not sourcing trinkets yourself the week before the event. Tell us your expected headcount and your budget and we will size the prize order to match.
Illinois spring weather is unpredictable, so we plan for it. Frame games and tabletop games move indoors easily. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will work with you on a new date or an indoor backup layout.
Yes. Jump Guy Party Rentals carries full liability insurance, and we issue certificates of insurance naming your school, parish, park district or venue as additional insured at no extra cost. Just send us the exact legal entity name and mailing address when you book.
